Ouwen and his co-founders are no strangers to entrepreneurship, having founded and exited a computer vision satellite company during their college years. They wanted to apply their skills to something meaningful i.e. medicine, so turned their attention to medical imaging AI. Which is where the stark reality of data access became apparent.
