What we’re looking for:
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and results-oriented person to join our friendly, collaborative sales team. The ideal candidate is comfortable in a startup environment, has a hands-on mindset, and is willing to put in the consistent, sometimes repetitive work required in an SDR role while staying motivated and disciplined. This person should be able to work independently and proactively in a remote environment, with strong self-motivation and accountability.Requirements:
- At least 3 years of outbound prospecting experience
- Experience handling objections and navigating early-stage sales conversations
- Fluent or advanced English
- Strong written communication skills (English)
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify target companies and decision-makers
- Execute outbound outreach through email and LinkedIn
- Write personalized messaging that drives responses and meetings
- Qualify early-stage interest and pass opportunities to the sales team
- Track outreach activity and maintain accurate records
- Improve messaging and targeting based on outreach performance
Bonus experience:
- Experience in the healthcare space
- Experience with technical sales, SaaS, and/or AI-related products
- Proven objection-handling and negotiation skills
