About the Role
Gradient Health builds and operates one of the world's largest medical imaging and health-data marketplaces, enabling the next generation of medical AI. Our platform handles highly sensitive healthcare data at global scale and serves AI companies and researchers around the world. We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to help design, build, and roll out the data systems that power the Gradient Health platform. This is a high-impact role: you'll work with large, complex systems that are the backbone of our product, fully owning the roadmap related to data processing, data quality, and reliable data delivery at scale. This role sits at the intersection of product, data, and infrastructure. You'll be responsible for ensuring that sensitive healthcare data moves through our systems accurately, securely, and efficiently — enabling downstream product capabilities while maintaining the highest standards of quality and trust.Required Seniority Level

We Are Looking For a Product Manager With a Focus On
- Owning the data processing and data quality roadmap from prioritisation to rollout
- Managing a product area that handles highly sensitive data within a platform that must scale reliably and securely
- Coordinating cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to align priorities and deliver outcomes
What We're Looking For
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for data processing, data quality, and pipeline reliability
- Partner closely with a team of approximately 7 engineers to plan and deliver initiatives involving data pipelines, cloud storage, and data delivery infrastructure
- Translate complex, ambiguous technical problems into clear product requirements, milestones, and success metrics
- Drive prioritization decisions that balance delivery speed, system scalability, data quality, and risk
- Establish and evolve standards for data quality, observability, and operational reliability in partnership with engineering
- Work cross-functionally with teams such as operations, compliance, and external partners to ensure alignment and successful execution
- Communicate product strategy, trade-offs, and progress clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Bonus Experience
- Healthcare space, particularly with health data
- Working with medical data formats — namely DICOM and EHR data
- Working with healthcare compliance frameworks (namely HIPAA)
- Experience building systems where security and privacy are first-class concerns
Ideal Years of Experience and Education
- 3+ years of Product Management experience, with ownership of a technical or platform-adjacent product area
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with engineers on complex systems, including data pipelines, distributed systems, or infrastructure-heavy products
- Strong systems thinking and comfort reasoning about end-to-end data flows and dependencies
- Experience defining success metrics and KPIs for technical products (e.g., reliability, data quality, latency, throughput)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and make sound, data-informed decisions
