A Customer Success Manager at Gradient Health is responsible for helping customers successfully use Atlas, our medical imaging data platform. You will work closely with AI teams, startups, and enterprises to ensure they can find, access, and leverage the right data for their projects.What You’ll Do
- Run onboarding calls and guide customers through our platform
- Host regular meetings with customers to understand their needs and progress
- Help customers define and refine their data strategy
- Monitor customer usage and engagement
- Follow up via email and ensure continuous communication
- Identify risks, opportunities, and areas for expansion
- Collect feedback and share insights with internal teams
Who You Are
- You have at least 5 years of working experience and 2 years of experience in a B2B Customer Success role, with startup experience preferred
- You are fluent in English and comfortable leading regular customer meetings
- You are organized and strong in email communication and follow-ups
- You are proactive in collecting feedback and identifying new opportunities
Bonus Points
- Familiarity with medical data, AI, or machine learning environments
- Experience working with international customers
