We work with leading AI teams, startups, and healthcare organizations to unlock access to the data they need—fast, compliant, and at scale. The Role

We’re hiring our first sales leader in Europe to drive expansion across the region. This is a high-ownership role. You’ll be responsible for opening the market, closing deals, and helping us increase market share in the region. If you’re someone who likes building pipelines from scratch, closing complex deals, and working directly with founders, this is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Own Europe revenue
    • Build and close your own pipeline across AI companies and enterprises.
    • Drive deals from first conversation to signed contract.
  • Go from 0 → 1
    • Figure out what messaging and channels work best in Europe.
    • Iterate fast and share what you learn.
  • Sell a technical product
    • Help customers understand how high-quality medical imaging data improves model performance.
  • Be in the market
    • Build relationships with key players in AI + healthcare space.
    • Represent Gradient Health at events and conferences.

Who You Are

  • You’ve spent 5+ years in B2B sales (in a startup preferably)
  • You’ve closed deals (not just supported them)
  • You’re comfortable selling:
    • Data / AI / ML products.
    • Into healthcare and life sciences buyers.
  • You don’t wait for opportunities, you create it.
  • You can go deep with technical buyers and still keep momentum in deals.
  • You understand (or can quickly learn):
    • The European healthcare landscape.

Bonus Points

  • Experience selling medical imaging or healthcare data.
  • Existing network in European AI or healthcare.
  • Multiple European languages.
  • GDPR and data constraints.

Compensation

  • Base salady + aggressive commission
  • Fully remote, high-flexibility
