About the Role

Gradient Health is looking for a Medical Data Curation Specialist to support researchers in building datasets for training and validating Medical AI models.

Requirements

• Professional or Academic experience in a medical or bio-medical background
• Solid understanding of medical data, particularly radiology data, in terms of how it is generated and the purpose it serves for diagnosis and management of different diseases
• Familiarity with clinical dictionaries such as ICD-10 and SNOMED
• Ability to influence the dataset selection process, in terms of both medical and statistical relevance for the customer's use case
• At least 3 years of work experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Confidence to speak with internal and external stakeholders of all levels

Bonus Experience

• Experience in working with machine learning and AI
• Experience in working with EHR/EMR
