We are looking for a Data Quality Assurance Lead to support in preparing medical datasets of the highest quality.
In this role, you will work primarily with Health Record data and Radiology data, helping ensure that healthcare data is correctly structured and compliant with privacy and regulatory requirements. You will review clinical data, identify potential de-identification gaps, and help maintain the quality and usability of datasets made available to researchers.
Requirements
- Academic or professional background in healthcare, medical, biomedical, life sciences, or a related field
- Basic understanding of medical data modalities and common types of clinical data, such as patient demographics, diagnoses, procedures, medications, laboratory results, and clinical notes
- Understanding of healthcare data, data quality, and data privacy
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies or potentially sensitive information in datasets
- Ability to learn new tools, workflows, and healthcare data concepts quickly
- At leatst 1 year of professional experience; internships, academic projects, or relevant coursework are welcome
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
