We are looking for a Data Quality Analyst to support our team in reviewing, analysing, and preparing healthcare datasets for training and validating medical AI models.

In this role, you will work primarily with Electronic Health Record (EHR) data and Radiology data, helping ensure that healthcare data is accurate, properly structured, and compliant with privacy and regulatory requirements. You will review clinical data, identify potential PHI, and help maintain the quality and usability of datasets made available to researchers.

Requirements

• Academic or professional background in healthcare, medical, biomedical, life sciences, or a related field
• Basic understanding of Electronic Health Records (EHR) and common types of clinical data, such as patient demographics, diagnoses, procedures, medications, laboratory results, and clinical notes
• Understanding of healthcare data, data quality, and data privacy
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies or potentially sensitive information in datasets
• Ability to learn new tools, workflows, and healthcare data concepts quickly
• 0–2 years of professional experience; internships, academic projects, or relevant coursework are welcome
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
